The staff were very kind and helpful. I had booked two nights without paying for that protection, but I ended up Needed to cancel one night. Luckily, the staff were able to help out and not charge me for the second night which I didn’t ene up needed. Also, the place is surrounded by very nice petunias and there’s a pizza ranch right next door

Breakfast was fine. Lot's of choices. I was extremely pleased with the manager and his staff during our stay. We ended up staying much longer than expected, and they generously helped us out at every turn. I will always stay there when in Okoboji, and refer friends also.

The outside of the building looked sketchy but the room was very clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast was great also. It was quiet and private. We stayed in a king room.

Staff was so helpful, polite, courteous, and engaged in meaningful conversations. They gladly accommodated our early check in request so we could get ready for an event.

It was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was limited but adequate and tasty. Very good price. Owner was pleasant and helpful. A beautiful area.
