Breakfast was fine. Lot's of choices. I was extremely pleased with the manager and his staff during our stay. We ended up staying much longer than expected, and they generously helped us out at every turn. I will always stay there when in Okoboji, and refer friends also.

It was clean it's an older motel but it was updated nicely companion to access

Staff was so helpful, polite, courteous, and engaged in meaningful conversations. They gladly accommodated our early check in request so we could get ready for an event.

The outside of the building looked sketchy but the room was very clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast was great also. It was quiet and private. We stayed in a king room.

newly remodeled areas, plants at each door was a great touch, air worked wonderful, quiet, bed was a lil hard for me (personally-hubs liked), easy to get to boji lake, friendly staff, very clean.

Close to all we wanted to do. Location was excellent and the staff was warm friendly and very knowledgeable about the area.
